Shipping Policy

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times
Original artwork is typically prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days of purchase. Because each piece requires careful wrapping and custom packaging, larger works may require additional preparation time.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

For oversized or particularly fragile works, specialized art shipping or freight services may be required. We will contact you if any additional arrangements are necessary.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Insurance & Damage in Transit
Artwork is carefully packaged and, where applicable, shipped with insurance. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so that we can assist with the claim.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
